BSF Airpark has completed the taxiway connecting our hangars to the Scott County Airport (KSCX). All hangar owners will use a designated radio frequency to operate the 80′ wide gates allowing them to access their hangars 24/7. Hangars have limited availability, and are going fast.    Please advise availability of single hanger (T?), cost, do you own land under and if so how much area, are there fees to the county for access rights and if so how much, is there a contractual time period with the county for the access and if so for what time period and is it renewable, does owner have the right to transfer the property, what restrictions and/or covenants are part of the contract, such as freedom to have mechanic of your choice perform work on your airplane in your hanger, fuel purchase agreement or similar??
