Jim and Dawn Curley from Missouri City, TX have started construction on their dream home at Big South Fork Airpark. U.S. Sport Aviation EXPO in Sebring set records for attendance and traffic according to organizers. The weather was perfect and for 2 hours on sat, Sebring was one of the busiest airports in the nation. Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam says he now endorses death-tax repeal according to the Wall Street Journal. He had campaigned in 2010 to repeal the tax but once in office he became concerned about the revenue loss. Then this week he sealed a deal with the GOP state legislature to phase out the 9.5% estate tax entirely over four years. Nashville has never imposed an income tax, so by abolishing the estate tax Tennessee will make itself even friendlier to investment and to retirees.
