We enjoyed meeting everyone at the airshow that wanted to learn more about our beautiful airpark. We also ran into lots of old friends and airpark residents. This years show was great for us. We were amazed with the amount of demand there was for airpark property. There were folks looking into second homes, retirement homes, full time residences as well as investment properties. This year it was held in San Jose California which was a great place for us since California is our third largest market. We meet with a lot of very interested folks mostly from the west coast who are amazed with the idea of airparks and the fact that Tennessee has no state income tax,no personal property tax on airplanes and what is unbelievable value for the money compared to their neck of the woods.
Next year the Expo will be in our second biggest market Florida, the show will be held in Tampa November 5th through the 7th 2009, we hope to see you there!
